Ordering

To order you should do the following;

  1. Find the products you want to order on the product pages
  2. Click on the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button for each of these products
  3. You can change product quantities by entering the quantity amount and clicking on the update button
  4. Once you are satisfied with the products and quantities, click on the 'checkout' button on the button of the shopping cart page
  5. Fill out your billing,delivery,payments information as prompted
  6. Once everything you submitted the order you will receive an email (given you supplied a valid email) with your final order details
  7. Finally, we will send you a final email once your order has been shipped

On our website, our only payment options is via credit card. Should you wish to pay through an alternative method (current accepted alternative methods are Wire Transfer and Cheque) please contact us and we can process your order manually with instructions on how to remit payment!

Should you experience a failure in the ordering process during any point of your purchasing process, please screencap the issue, and send us an email with the image at [email protected].

 

A member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible with either steps to fix the issue, or with a custom invoice to manually process your order while our IT team reviews the problem.

Shipping

Unfortunately, no. This is not possible for liability and warranty reasons.

 

A package marked as a gift cannot be insured and thus customers wouldn't be able to get their money back in case it gets lost or damaged in the mail.

We unfortunately are unable to provide this as option for our customers.

 

From an administrative point of view it is too complicated for low volume, one time orders.

  1. From a financial point we have experienced a surplus of charge-backs when we extended exceptions.

Products

Quantity based pricing means that the price of our products is dependent on how much you order.

 

Generally speaking, the more you order, the lower the price is. You will notice that on our product detail pages we list out the quantity to price break table. 

 

We also offer quantity discounts beyond what is shown on our website pricing to our wholesale clients. If you plan on making multiple orders within the year, or if you plan on making large quantity orders we would love to set you up. Please contact us for more information.

  2. On our Product Customization page we list a number of possibilities.

Wholesale

Our wholesale accounts are for people who want to place orders beyond the quantity breaks listed on our website.

 

To get a wholesale account please contact us with the products and quantities you are interested in. We will then draft up a customer agreement form to kickstart the process. Once that has been completed we will assign you a customer number and orders will be processed via emailed purchase orders, no longer over our website.

Yes! To our wholesale customers we do offer blanket orders to help you capture the highest pricing discount we can offer.

Yes! To our wholesale customers we do offer NET30 credit terms based on the following conditions:

  1. A purchase history of at least 6 months
  2. Glowing credit references.

Our base credit limit is $5000 USD, but this can be revised on a case-by-case. basis.
